To help make your bills a little more predictable, we have a solution for the highs and lows of seasonal energy bills. 薪酬水平 is a budgeting tool that automatically averages your energy bill every three months so you can budget more easily.

Once enrolled, 薪酬水平 will begin with your next bill. For most customers, this is the following month.
Net Energy Metering customers are not eligible for this program, 根据他们定价计划的细节.
Customers starting new service must have at least one month of usage data to calculate estimated quarterly payments. Customers with at least three months of usage data can expect more precise quarterly payment estimates.
Customers Receiving Service from Other Service Providers
If you receive service from a service provider other than 西班牙&E, for example a 社区 Choice Aggregator (CCA) or 电 Service Provider (ESP) you can sign up for the 薪酬水平 Plan (LPP).

Once enrolled, the newly calculated average would be present on your next bill cycle. For most customers, this is the following month.

When you cancel 薪酬水平, a settlement balance is calculated. Your settlement balance is the difference between what you’ve paid and your actual energy costs. It could be an amount due or owed to you, and will applied to your next bill.
